Everything you need to know about Syntha-6 Protein Crisp released

SYNTHA-6 Protein Crisp

BSN is definitely doing a lot to close out 2016. Over the past couple of months its unveiled and detailed four new supplements two of which are now available, with Pumped Edge, Ripped Edge, the post-workout Rebuild Edge, and the protein bar Syntha-6 Protein Crisp. To make sure everyone is informed we’ve got exact details for the last one on that list today, BSN’s upcoming protein bar competitor.

Previously we didn’t know much about the Syntha-6 Protein Crisp, despite the fact that we had actually tried it. This is the bar BSN was giving away samples of at its Olympia booth back in September, however the only information we got from those samples were its name and weight. Today we have all of those missing details, including each and every one of its macros and the official names of its four flavors.

We’ll start with the most important information, which is of course Syntha-6 Protein Crisp’s macros. Packed into each 57g bar is 20g of protein from whey isolate, whey concentrate, milk concentrate, and soy protein, 23g of carbohydrates with just 2g of that sugar, 7g of fat (5g saturated), and a total of 230 calories. As always we have added the product’s facts panel below to give you a more official look at its formula.

We should also mention that the label above is only from one of the Syntha-6 Protein Crisp’s four flavors, and like most protein bars its numbers do vary from flavor to flavor. Its main 20g of protein does remain consistent across the supplement’s menu, its carbohydrates however do vary between 22 to 24g, sugar 2 to 4g, and calories 230 to 240. As for the names of the flavors BSN has put together for the bar you have Chocolate Crunch, Vanilla Marshmallow, Salted Toffee Pretzel, and Peanut Butter Crunch.

Last but not least we have the release details for the Syntha-6 Protein Crisp. While the product is not available just yet, BSN fans can expect to get their hands on it very soon. The brand is in fact aiming to have the protein bar out and about before the end of the year, meaning it should be on shelves within in the next six weeks.
