The Polish brand has introduced ALA, a simple capsule product formulated entirely around alpha-lipoic acid, otherwise known as thioctic acid. It gives shoppers a versatile alternative to the relatively small amounts naturally found in foods like meat, spinach, and broccoli.
Again, the innovation is in capsule format, and Ostrovit gives you a scalable 590mg of ALA across two capsules, working out to 295mg per pill. There are 60 capsules in every bottle, leaving enough for a serving per day for an entire month, or two months if you drop down to a single capsule. The Polish brand also lists it as vegan-friendly, as it’s gone the extra mile to put the title ingredient into vegetable capsules.
