Pumpkin Spice made its first appearance in the 5-hour Energy family last year, translating the seasonal favorite into a compact shot with all of the familiar twists and turns of the taste in pumpkin pie, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. It has returned for another limited run here in 2026, although it is no longer alone. Similar to a few other brands out there in the health, nutrition, and performance realm, it has put together two special editions for the fall season.
In addition to the return of Pumpkin Spice, 5-Hour Energy is launching an all-new Caramel Apple, balancing crisp, refreshing apple and a sweet and smooth caramel infusion. Both of the limited edition flavors have been put together for the brand’s signature Extra Strength Shot, delivering 230mg of caffeine alongside B vitamins. Pumpkin Spice and Caramel Apple are already available through 5-Hour’s online store with rollouts at Target and Walmart as well.
