Core tweaks the formula, changes the look and refreshes the menu of its value pre-workout

Refreshed Core Pre

Core Nutritionals introduced Core PRE last year as a practical alternative to its more comprehensive Fury, joining the growing number of pre-workouts offering dependable doses at a relatively modest price. It found a comfortable place as an everyday option with great value, and over a year later, it is being given back to. Core has decided to restock Core PRE this week with a bit of a makeover, new flavors, and some tweaks to the formula.

The relaunched Core PRE carries over a lot of its original combination, including 6g of pure citrulline for pumps and 3.2g of beta-alanine for performance. There are plenty of changes though, as alpha-gpc, acetyl-l-carnitine, betaine, and AstraGin have all been dropped. In their place the brand has added in 2g of taurine, a gram of tyrosine, and half a gram of choline bitartrate, resulting in a very similar balance of benefits to the original.

Core Nutritionals has also juiced up the menu of Core PRE, keeping two of the original authentic Fun Sweets Cotton Candy options in Orange Cream and Blue Raspberry, and welcomed new Fruit Punch, Strawberry Lemonade, and Tropical Mango Pineapple flavors. has received just as much attention, with Core claiming improvements across all five flavors. The cost of the pre-workout is $34.99, but to mark the launch of the revamped pre-workout, you can get three tubs of 30 regular servings in your choice of flavors at $30 apiece.
