Skytrition was one of the most active newcomers out of Sweden last year, enough to earn our 2025 Newcomer Of The Year award, and RestUP was among the products that helped it get there. The original combined quality KSM-66 Ashwagandha, theanine, chamomile, Vanizem, and chelated minerals. Despite the supplement not being all that old, the brand has already found a way to make the reliable nighttime innovation even better.
The biggest change Skytrition has implemented in its upcoming RestUP 2.0, as it’s being called, is a change in ashwagandha, with half a gram of Sensoril, a root-and-leaf ashwagandha extract selected for its research around stress and sleep. The Swedish brand has also added a sizeable single gram of sustained-release EZGABA, intended to provide a steadier relaxation profile than standard GABA, alongside 28mg of the clinically studied affron.

Everything else that helped make Skytrition’s RestUP stand out has remained, and that includes 200mg of calming theanine from green tea, another 200mg of chamomile supplying 2.4mg of apigenin, 150mg of Vanizem, and the quality chelated minerals yielding 60mg of magnesium and 12mg of zinc.
The result is a moderately broader product that addresses relaxation and sleep even further, thanks to EZGABA, while continuing the rest of the features that made the RestUP so good at getting you a better night’s sleep. When the updated supplement hits the market, which is happening near the end of next month, Skytrition will have it in 30-serving bottles, or 60 if you’re okay with half, and it’ll be around the same price when going through skytrition.se.
