South Africa’s Switch Energy Drink has never been shy about unusual flavors, going well beyond straightforward fruit with Jelly Babies, Orange Bubblegum, and even an entire meringue-themed series. It has also played in the sour candy space before with Sour Worms, and while fans would likely love to see that past flavor return, the highly creative beverage company has put together another gummy-inspired experience to take its place.
Sour Teddies is the name of the newest Switch Energy Drink, bringing the taste of sour gummy bears to life through a fruity combination of gooseberry and pineapple. The half-liter release comes covered in colorful gummy bears to let you know what it’s all about, and inside you get the brand’s usual 160mg of caffeine. Switch has unveiled the flavor to kick off the week, although it has yet to confirm when and where it’ll be available.
