The colorful and fast-growing Ahead Nutrition in Germany has an absolutely massive functional food side, so much so that it’s primarily a better-for-you snacking company. That list includes the Salt & Vinegar and Truffle additions to Protein Flips earlier this year. The German brand has now shared a look at completely new food, similar to its original Protein Flips with Protein Chips, in a seasoned, sweet, and spicy flavor option.
Ahead Nutrition has shared a preview of Protein Chips in at least one flavor with Sweet Chili, centering on spicy red chilies wrapped in a vibrant pink bag. The packaging highlights a claim of 60% less fat compared to your usual chips, although no mention of the amount of protein. The chips themselves appear to be the traditional thin and lightly curved, making for a very different experience from the puffier Protein Flips.
