Kirkland adds Wellmune and vitamin C to its competitive entry in the hydration category

Costco Kirkland Signature Hydration

Costco’s Kirkland Signature has steadily expanded its presence in health and nutrition, moving through whey protein, ready-to-drink shakes, and even an energy drink. The membership retailer’s massive house brand is now adding another familiar category with Hydration Electrolyte Drink Mix. It comes in convenient individual stick packs, like most hydration competitors, and combines key electrolytes with premium immunity support.

Inside a single stick pack of Costco and Kirkland Signature Hydration is half a gram of sodium, 400mg of potassium, 40mg of magnesium, and 640mg of chloride, for an impressive total of 1.58g of electrolytes to support hydration, performance, and recovery. While that is more than enough to put the product over a lot of the competition, it also has the proven Wellmune and 100% of the daily value for vitamin C to improve immune function.

Kirkland Signature has put two flavors together for its entry into the hydration market, but they can’t be purchased separately, only together in a variety pack with 20 stick packs each of Strawberry Watermelon and the classic citrus recipe, Lemon Lime. As for the price, it is incredibly competitive, as you’d expect from Costco, with a listing of $24.99, which is strong for the fact that it has 40 servings in total and each with 1.5g of electrolytes.
