ElectroChew puts a dose of electrolytes into tasty sugar-free chewing gum

Electrochew Electrolyte Chewing Gum

ElectroChew started with a bout of food poisoning that left cofounder Cary struggling to keep down the water and electrolyte drinks recommended for his dehydration. After discovering that chewing gum could help settle nausea, he and fellow cofounder Konnor began developing a far less conventional way to replenish those lost minerals, ultimately producing an electrolyte-infused chewing gum that fits neatly into a pocket.

The innovative ElectroChew Electrolyte Chewing Gum comes in a sweet Tropical Berry flavor, and underneath all of that is a set of electrolytes to support hydration, performance, and recovery. The product features 52mg of sodium from pink Himalayan salt, 41mg of calcium, 30mg of magnesium, and 19mg of potassium in a cold-pressed gum. It has no sugar, aspartame, or artificial colors, and while the total electrolytes isn’t high at 123mg, that is per piece, and the gum has been designed to throw down several pieces.

ElectroChew’s Electrolyte Chewing Gum isn’t something that’ll replace the fluid you need; it’s like most hydration supplements but far more convenient, perfect for situations where a drink, a powder product, or a premixed beverage isn’t that practical. ElectroChew sells its hydration-supporting chewing gum through its online store six, 30, and 60-piece packs, currently priced at discounted rates of $5, $17.99, and $36, respectively.
