The comprehensive, upcoming innovation from the original energy drink company is not your standard, straightforward entry. Elixr Energy has done a great job crafting a balanced pre-workout, including 6g of pure citrulline to enhance muscle pumps and blood flow, and 3.5g of beta-alanine for performance and endurance. Creatine is also in the mix, classic creatine monohydrate at 3g per serving for strength and power.
For hydration support, the new Elixr Energy Pre-Workout has Himalayan salt, and then you have all of the sensory components. Taking care of energy and focus in the expansion is a moderate 275mg of caffeine with a light 50mg of calming theanine to help smooth out that energy. Then, for focus and cognition, Elixr has 450mg of alpha-gpc and 300mg of enXtra, all coming together for a well-rounded pre-workout performance.
