Jocko focuses purely on endurance in its latest complex supplement innovation

Jocko Endurance

Jocko Fuel is not new to hydration, already offering the complex powdered Rapid Hydration+ and a ready-to-drink sports drink in Jocko Hydrate. Those products are primarily about replenishing fluid and minerals, whereas the brand’s latest innovation moves further into endurance, where maintaining output requires a reliable source of fuel working alongside those electrolytes throughout longer and more demanding exercise.

Jocko Endurance is the latest formulation from Jocko Fuel, and it covers the fueling half with 20g of Cluster Dextrin, a highly branched cyclic dextrin known for its low osmolality and efficient gastric emptying compared to traditional carbohydrate sources. That premium ingredient accounts for all 20g of carbs and the complete 80 calories in every serving, giving users sustained workout fuel without any sugar, fat or protein.

As for the hydration side, there you get all four major electrolytes lost through sweat, breaking down to 740mg of chloride, half a gram of sodium, 350mg of potassium, and finally, 120mg of magnesium for a combined 1.71g. Jocko has also thrown in a gram each of taurine and malic acid, supporting muscle function and aerobic energy production, really delivering on the name of the supplement in more ways than one.

Jocko Endurance can be used before, during, or after exercise, with Jocko recommending at least one serving per hour of activity mixed into around 10 to 20oz of water. The stimulant-free, carbohydrate, and electrolyte combination comes with 25 servings all-up in your choice of Lemon Lime and Salted Watermelon flavors. It will be hitting the market shortly through jockofuel.com, where it’ll have a regular price of $49.99.
