Mad Science introduces its more potent pre-workout featuring over half a gram of caffeine

Mad Science Complete Madness

Mad Science’s original Xtreme Pre-Workout was already an aggressive entry into the category, packing 400mg of caffeine alongside English walnut and a sizeable performance formula. Since then, the Australian brand has stretched into several other sports nutrition categories, most recently Mad Recovery. The next outing from the growing brand sees it return to pre-workouts with Complete Madness, a much more premium and potent competitor.

A full serving of Complete Madness raises the caffeine well above that of Xtreme Pre-Workout to a powerful 525mg and English walnut extract to 500mg, up from 200mg, with 30mg of synephrine. Beta-alanine also climbs from 4g to a hefty 6.4g alongside a gram each of betaine and taurine. You can think of Complete Madness as a premium alternative to Xtreme, similar to what we’ve seen from other Australian brands like Nexus and Zombie Labs.

The pump side of Mad Science’s Complete Madness has also been beefed up wiht 6g of pure citrulline, while the focus support is elevated by a gram of tyrosine, 400mg of alpha-GPC, and 200mg of theanine. Again, it’s a more well-rounded, in-depth pre-workout, squeezing in more of practically everything compared to Xtreme Pre-Workout, including energy with that more than half a gram of caffeine, a level you don’t see a lot of in Australia.

Mad Science is currently rolling out its potent Complete Madness pre-workout across Australia this month to distributors, retailers, and direct. The additional competitor in the saturated pre-workout category comes in an Apple Blackcurrant flavor with 20 full servings per tub, and the price is not too bad, hitting shelves at $79.99 (57.07 USD).
