At the center of OstroVit’s newest protein powder, Protein Complex + DigeZyme, is a blend of whey concentrate, incomplete collagen, skim milk powder, and casein for a total of 22g of protein in a standard 30g serving. The rest of the nutrition profile is relatively typical for this sort of product, at around 5g of carbohydrates, most of that sugar, under a gram of fat, and 110 calories, but keep in mind a good amount of the protein is from collagen.
