China’s growing nutrition market has introduced us to several interesting companies, and another established competitor is PinKu. The sports nutrition brand belongs to the established dairy business Shengyuan Group, giving it access to its parent’s milk supply chain, manufacturing facilities, and processing expertise. PinKu is puts those resources to work in a variety of ready-to-drink protein supplemnets, including its premier Pro Protein Shake.
PinKu’s flagship Pro Protein Shake comes in a rather compact 300ml bottle, and squeezed inside is a solid 30g of protein, all coming from quality sources, so it’s a complete protein loaded with EAAs and BCAAs. The brand uses low-temperature microfiltration and ultrafiltration to physically remove some of the milk’s fat and lactose. Up until this month, there was just a lone Vanilla flavor available for the Pro Protein Shake, which has now turned into an actual menu.
PinKu has revealed and released another traditional taste for its higher protein shake in a decadent Chocolate Pro Protein Shake. It has all of the usual key features in 30g of muscle-building protein and a variety of vitamins, minimal carbohydrates, sugar, and fat, and reasonable calories. The extension is out now in China, and it’s a bold move, as again, the brand didn’t have options before Chocolate, just the straightforward and smooth Vanilla.
