The Swedish functional powerhouse ProPud is now known for far more than its original protein pudding, with bars, shakes, and even decadent protein mousse now available all across its home country. into protein-packed puddings, shakes, bars, and mousse. The functional brand can now add another format to that list by way of the chilled ProPud LyxKvarg, an extra-creamy and silky-smooth quark designed to offer a more decadent, dessert-like experience.
ProPud LyxKvarg, or more descriptively ProPud Premium Quark, has debuted in two nostalgic flavors with Gammaldags Vanilj, which translates to Old-Fashioned Vanilla, featuring rich bourbon vanilla. The other one is Mormors Bärkompott, which translates to Grandma’s Berry Compote, combining blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and blackberry. Either way you go, the macros are good, with 20g of protein per pot, under 10g of carbohydrates, and 160 calories.
The two ProPud LyxKvarg flavors are rolling out to stores across Sweden starting on Monday of next week, and it will be quite the launch. Again, this is a whole new format for the experienced functional food innovator, but knowing how good all of its other products taste, there isn’t a doubt that this won’t be as delicious as it is being promoted..
