Myoplex puts 1.5g of creatine into dulce de leche caramels in Creamellow

Myoplex Creamellow

Strawberry-flavored hearts were Myoplex’s answer to the creatine gummy trend, putting a playful shape around the muscle-building ingredient in Gummy Plex. The Brazilian brand is taking a different confectionery route for its next edible item, which also centers around creatine, moving into the richer world of caramel. Its newly introduced Creamellow combines a soft, chewy texture with dulce de leche flavor, for another alternative to pills and powder.

The caramel format is the attraction here, although Myoplex doesn’t sell you short on functionality. The supplement still packs a respectable 1.5g of creatine monohydrate into every 6.5g piece. Two bring that up to 3g, or go to three pieces for closer to the full daily dose of 5g, but that does also bump the macros to 9g of carbohydrates and 45 calories. Creamellow and its soft, salty caramel pieces do have a bit of sugar at 800mg each, although no added sugar.

Myoplex packs 60 pieces into a 390g jar of Creamellow, enough for 30 servings at the suggested two a day or if you prefer that 4.5g of creatine, nearer the 5g mark, the serving count comes down to 20. The brand has listed the supplement at R$137.90 (26.55 USD), putting it right around the cost of Gummy Plex, and giving fans two genuine edible options.
