The company is taking that name beyond the usual tub of powder in its latest move, developing a ready-to-drink version of Headshot that looks to continue the comprehensive experience in more convenient formats.
There are three entries in OCD Nutrition’s Headshot expansion, starting with the Headshot Hi-Stim Pre-Workout RTD, and it earns that name with 400mg of caffeine from anhydrous and Infinergy di-caffeine malate, squeezed into a 355ml bottle. There is plenty behind that energy, including 7g of citrulline malate for better pumps, 4g of beta-alanine for performance, 2.5g of betaine, 2g of taurine, and 100mg of theanine with the ever-present AstraGin to improve overall efficacy.
Next is the caffeine-free Headshot Pump RTD, which has its own formula, bringing together 3g each of straight citrulline, citrulline malate, and glycerol, all to enhance muscle pumps. Performance gets its support through 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2.5g of betaine, and a gram of taurine, with 200mg of citicoline added for focus. Lastly, you have the Headshot Energy featuring a simpler set of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, theanine, and 222mg of caffeine.
OCD Nutrition’s expansion of its signature Headshot pre-workout is a major move, again, not just giving you more convenient options for training, but more specialized with a drink geared towards stimulation and balance, another primarily for pumps, and the shot for a pocket-sized surge of energy.
