QNT gives daily creatine a fruit-flavored option under its lifestyle-focused Liife line

Qnt Life Micronized Flavored Creatine

QNT’s Liife family has made sports nutrition feel a little more like everyday food and drink, including functional releases like Sparkling Protein Water and the convenient pots of Protein Noodles. That accessible approach can also be applied to familiar supplements, which the brand has gone and done. The Belgium-based QNT has released Micronized Creatine, available in light, refreshing, and fruity flavors.

Lemon-Lime and Red Fruits are the two options QNT’s Liife Series has started with for Micronized Creatine, the former going for a tangy citrus flavor and the latter a sweeter berry experience. Behind the taste is 3g of creatine monohydrate in a 3.4g serving, with no sugar and less than one calorie. You get 97 of those servings in every container, or if you want the full 5g of creatine, it comes out to 58 servings.

The supplement is available directly from QNT at €19.99 (22.67 USD), which is relatively cost-effective for a flavored creatine with around two months’ supply, and keep in mind, the brand does still have its bulk and basic unflavored for around the same price with slightly more servings.
