Early last year Blackstone Labs started teasing the coming of an all new protein powder that was being referred to as Dessert Whey. All we really knew about the supplement was that it would be a protein, based on the name it would taste good, and that the brand was testing it in a number of flavors including the interesting sounding recipes Vanilla Peanut Butter and Dulce De Leche. Blackstone has now unveiled an all new protein called 3-Whey, which we can only assume is the final version of the unofficially nicknamed Dessert Whey.
The name of the latest product from Blackstone actually comes from the amount of different proteins it uses, with an obvious total of three. The brand hasn’t revealed what any of those three are just yet, although they are all likely common protein sources. The only other details Blackstone has revealed today is that the supplement will be available in the one 27 serving tub size, and in at least one flavor with Cinnamon swirl. A lot more information on 3-Whey is expected to be released within the next month or so, as Blackstone plans on launching its second protein powder sometime next month.
