As far as bodybuilding or fitness films go this year, CT Fletcher definitely has us excited with his upcoming movie My Magnificent Obsession. Another film has now thrown itself in the ring looking equally as interesting, called Defined. Directed by Michael Del Monte, Defined appears to follow the story of Ben Pakulski or Pak-Man, a bodybuilder you may actually remember from the 2013 docudrama Generation Iron. Unlike with My Magnificent Obsession there is a trailer for Defined, which does give you an actual look at parts of the movie.
Based on the clips in the Defined trailer it looks like the film will mostly cover Ben Pakulski’s background and current life. Topics like inspirations, lifestyle and goals all feature, with even footage of the Scitec Nutrition athlete stepping onstage at the Arnold.
