Almost two months ago 4+ Nutrition previewed the endurance based on-the-go Reload, relating it to the number three. Since the reveal the Italian company have been teasing two other numbers, one and two. It turns out that Reload relates to a trilogy of supplements designed for competitive athletes to be taken in sequence during an event or performance. Step one is RTG, what we can only assume to be the pre-workout. Step two is Deep Energy, a caffeine powered formula, which can only assume being step two, is the intra-workout product. Finally we have step three, the previously previewed Reload, a BCAA powered post-workout. All of the supplements are as you may have noticed gel formulas, and are all appropriately a part of 4+ Nutrition’s Gel Series. The announcement of the line doesn’t unfortunately mention anything about availability, however the Italian based brand do tend to get things in stores relatively quickly following major reveals.
