Core confirms details for its upcoming healthy gainer Core Grow

core grow

Core Nutritionals has confirmed it’s got an entirely new supplement on the way, officially titled Core Grow. The product is being described by the brand as a “healthy mass gainer” and will feature 40g of protein, 80g of carbohydrates, and 10g of fat. The sources of those three are what makes Core Grow a little more interesting with the protein being from whey concentrate, carbohydrates from oats, quinoa and sweet potato, and fats from avocado, MCTs and coconut oil.

To go with the reveal of all of Core Grow’s important macros, the brand has also confirmed two of its flavors. The options that we know will definitely be on the gainer’s menu are S’mores, and a flavor fans will know from Core MRP, Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie. Core Nutritionals doesn’t yet have an exact date or week for when Core Grow will arrive, although is saying it should be ready to go around Christmas.
