Back in August Dedicated Nutrition unveiled an all new supplement called Enigma. Staying true to its name the brand didn’t exactly reveal much about the product, leaving fans with the short description, “non-hormonal, healthy, natural, rock hard lean muscle builder”. There was a preview of Dedicated Enigma, however like the description it didn’t tell us much about what’s actually in the supplement. The brand has now finally released Enigma, which does of course mean its details are also now available.
To help the product follow through on its promise of being a non-hormonal, natural muscle-builder, Dedicated has packed it with six different ingredients. The features making up Enigma’s label are 335mg of green tea (standardized for 90% epicatechin), another 230mg of green tea (standardized for 50% EGCG). 100mg of quercetin, 50mg Astragin, 25mg of Cocoa-Drol cocoa extract and 10mg of BioPerine black pepper.
All together the ingredients work by “increasing Follistatin which in course decreases Myostatin.” Myostatin being what controls the amount of muscle you can naturally grow, so by lowering it the idea is that you can essentially build more muscle naturally. Dedicated Enigma does in fact promote more than just muscle-building, as its lowering of myostatin is also said to help burn fat, enhance your performance and increase pumps.
