Pump Chasers’ new Pump and Grind weighing in at 29g per serving

Chris Jones’ brand Pump Chasers has just introduced its second supplement, the first one being Intra-Pump from early last month. The product is called Pump and Grind, which sees the brand enter the slightly more popular pre-workout category. Like Intra-Pump the latest from Pump Chasers is 100% transparently dosed, and actually features an extremely heavy combination of ingredients weighing in at 29g per serving.

With a serving size that big it’s no surprise that Pump and Grind relies mostly on performance ingredients. From heaviest to lightest the features making up the supplement are 6g each of 2:1:1 BCAAs and citrulline (2:1), 5g creatine monohydrate, 3.2g CarnoSyn beta-alanine, 1.5g each of betaine nitrate and tyrosine. A gram of taurine, 600mg n-acetyl l-cysteine, and 300mg each of caffeine and AlphaSize alpha GPC.

The combination is definitely not what we expected from Pump Chasers, mainly because it’s nothing like Chris Jones’ pre-workout PreOG from his other brand Physiques of Greatness. The 10 ingredient pre-workout or 12 if you count the BCAAs individually promises to deliver a number of effects including pump, focus and of course energy.

For a closer look at the formula behind Pump Chasers’ latest effort, we have added its official facts panel down below. If you’d like to go that one step further and try it, Pump and Grind is actually already available at Tiger Fitness. The store has it priced at $36.99 for a full 20 serving tub in just the one Pink Lemonade flavor.
