If you’ve ever tried Purus Labs’ protein powder MyoFeed, you’ll already know the supplement is quite up there in terms of flavor. It currently has four tastes to choose from with Chocolate Cookie Crunch, Mom’s Strawberry Milkshake, Homemade Vanilla Wafer and the most recent release Maple Buttermilk Pancake. The brand has now announced a partnership that not only confirms two more flavors for MyoFeed, but also confirms that the product is about to get even more competitive.
Basically Purus Labs has teamed up with the powdered peanut butter brand PB2 and secured rights to using PB2 in the dietary supplement category. The result of the partnership is two new MyoFeed options obviously infused with the PB2 flavor. The recipes the pair have come up with are Vanilla Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Butter, both being MyoFeed’s very first peanut butter flavors.
To help the two stand out on shelves and look a little bit different from Purus Labs’ four original MyoFeeds, the PB2 flavors have actually been given alternate branding. As you can see above instead of coming in black with a bit of red and gray, the brand has colored Vanilla Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Butter white with the same bit of red and gray. At the moment Purus is only promoting the two as coming soon, although we’ll definitely let you know when these two show up in stores.
