After hearing about it here and there, and getting bits and pieces from its formula. Blackstone Labs has finally unveiled and detailed its real food, meal replacement supplement nicely named Fast Food, as well as made it available for pre-order. The big reveal has really only brought with it a few details we didn’t know, as its ingredients and most of its macros were already confirmed late last month.
We’ll start with all of Blackstone Fast Food’s macros, which is of course most important when it comes to meal replacement and mass gainer formulas. To make the product’s numbers sound a little more appropriate we’re going to list them off based on a two scoop two serving, as opposed to the single scoop serving from its label. In every double scoop serving you get 20g of protein from pea isolate and brown rice protein, 40g of carbohydrates (6g fiber) from sweet potato, wild yam, and oat flour, 10g of fat, and a total of 330 calories.

If you head to blackstonelabs.com you’ll find the supplement listed at $59.99 for a full-size Candied Yam flavored 4.4lb tub, packing 56 servings or 28 based on the double scoop serving we mentioned above. Being a pre-order, Fast Food isn’t obviously going to ship immediately with Blackstone saying orders will be sent out next week on Friday.
