Efectiv Nutrition’s handful of food products are all now available, including its most recently revealed Whole Food Bar. As you’d expect their availability has brought with them all the details we’ve been waiting for, including macros, flavors, sizes, and of course prices. The items are expected to be hitting Efectiv retailers soon, although as always the brand’s website is one of the first places you can get the latest from Efectiv.
We’ll start today’s post off with details on Efectiv Instant Pro and Oats, which is just as it’s titled, a protein packed porridge snack. Each 60g tub includes 22g of protein, 19.7g of carbohydrates with 3.4g of that sugar, 5.6g of fiber, 4.4g of fat (2g saturated), rounding out with a reasonably good calorie total of 218. The product has been priced direct at £17.88 for a case of 12, with four flavors to choose from in Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate, and Maple Syrup.
Next on the list is the Efectiv Protein Chips, a high protein chip snack with per bag 20g of protein, 10.6g of carbohydrates, just over a gram of sugar, 2.4g of fat, and a low calorie count of 150. Just like the Instant Pro and Oats, the Protein Chips come in four flavors with Cheese & Jalapeno, Sour Cream & Onion, Grilled Chicken, and Sea Salt & Black Pepper, and will cost you £8.94 for a case of six bags.
Last but not least we have Efectiv’s bar, the obviously named Efectiv Whole Food Bar. The vegan suitable snack doesn’t have as much protein as the others at 10g per bar, with 18g of carbohydrates, 5.1g of fat, and a total of 189 calories. The product’s ingredients do vary from flavor to flavor, which you can see for yourself on the brand’s website, where you can also purchase the Whole Food Bar in boxes of 12 for £17.88.
