5% Nutrition finally gives fans a real protein supplement

If you’re one of Rich Piana’s many YouTube followers, you should be pretty familiar with his stance on your typical whey protein powder. For those that don’t follow him, he’s basically against it but does mix together his own shakes using egg whites. Each tub of 5%’s Real Food Egg White Crystals weighs in at 750g, packing the equivalent of 150 egg whites. That works out to 30 servings, with each serving providing you with 20g of protein all from egg whites, zero carbohydrates and fat, and just 90 calories for the unflavored Egg White option and 95 calories for the Chocolate.
