Following on from all of the other new supplements it’s launched lately, Myprotein has now introduced another one for its slightly more complex MyRange or at least a similarly branded product. The latest from the major European brand is called MyDiet, which is a unique blend of high quality proteins, mixed in with a few bonus ingredients.

The macros making up each serving of the new Myprotein MyDiet are 27g of protein from Micelle XL, D-Celle, and native whey isolate. 3.9g of carbohydrates with 1.5g of that sugar, a low fat total at just 1.3g (half a gram saturated), and lastly a calorie count of 136. As mentioned the brand has thrown a few extras into the supplement with 210mg of cinnamon, 1.1g matcha green tea, a gram of konjac, half a gram of CLA, and 105mg of choline.

Like with most Myprotein products, MyDiet hasn’t been introduced in just one or two flavors. The new protein formula features a full menu of five with Chocolate Brownie, Strawberry Milkshake, Vanilla Crème, Salted Caramel, and Banana Cream. All five flavors have been produced in two tub sizes, a 39 serving 1kg and 71 serving 2.5kg, and are now available from Myprotein’s website for £29.99 and £59.99.
