Myprotein is back again with another new supplement release following on from yesterday’s VLCD Meal Replacement Shake. The latest from the fast growing European company is actually a reformulated version of its four form protein pwoder Myprotein Total Protein.

Myprotein is promoting its new product as a well-flavored protein competitor with great texture and strong value for money. Formula wise it is the protein sources that set the reformulation apart from the original, featuring a blend of seven instead of four including whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolyzed whey, milk, micellar casein, calcium caseinate, and free range egg white powder.

As for the macros making up the new Myprotein Total Protein, each of its 30g servings packs 25g of protein, a low 1.2g of carbohydrates with less than a gram of that sugar, 1.4g of fat (0.44g saturated), all for a total of 118 calories. Those numbers do vary slightly for each of the supplement’s five flavors, which are Strawberry Cream, Chocolate Smooth, Vanilla, Chocolate Mint, and Banana.

The all-new reformulated Total Protein is now in stock on Myprotein’s main website, and despite being promoted with great value for money its price is about the same as its predecessor. The brand has set the smaller 1kg bag at £15.99, the 2.5kg bag at £35.99, and the larger 166 serving 5kg at £62.99.
