Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals purchases a third of Blackstone Labs

hi-tech blackstone labs

Over the past few years the massive supplement manufacturer as well as supplement company competitor, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, has been buying up and investing in a number of different brands. The impressive list of names that now fall under its umbrella includes iForce Nutrition, APS, LG Sciences, and Formutech Nutrition.

News has now come in that the fast growing company has purchased a good amount of another major brand. That brand is none other than PJ Braun’s Blackstone Labs, which is responsible for quite a few well-known products such as Dust Extreme, the powerful sleep formula Anesthetized, and the fat burner Cobra P6.

We’ve been told that Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals has purchased exactly 33% of Blackstone Labs, and that none of that is from the brand’s president, CEO and founder, PJ Braun.
