Warrior Crunch ups its game further with Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter

Warrior Crunch Review

Warrior Supplements’ incredibly delicious Warrior Crunch protein bar was already one of our top rated products in the increasingly competitive category. The bar combines an unforgettable, realistic chocolate outside with a gooey top layer and a doughy, but smooth, chewable protein packed center.

Recently the UK brand added to its Warrior Crunch menu with three new delicious-looking flavors in Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake, Milk Chocolate Coconut, and Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter. Being big fans of the bar we knew we had to give them a try, especially since they had the potential to put Warrior Crunch further up our list of top five protein bars.

Raspberry and coconut

The two more unique new Warrior Crunch flavors, Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake and Milk Chocolate Coconut, both deliver on their title tastes. There is, however, a bit of a catch with them as their flavors aren’t quite as obvious or play out the way you’d expect.

With Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake and Milk Chocolate Coconut, their star tastes don’t actually come out until you’ve taken a bite and chewed for a bit. At the start its all white chocolate with Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake and milk chocolate with Coconut. After a short moment only then do you get a deliciously sweet, fruity mix of mostly lemon and raspberry, and a very realistic coconut.

Revolutionary dark chocolate

While the above two Warrior Crunch bars do come through on their title tastes, they simply don’t compare to the surprise that is Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter. The trick with this one is that it really doesn’t have much of a peanut butter flavor to it, the dark chocolate, however, makes up for it all.

Even though peanut butter lovers will feel left out with Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Warrior Crunch, it is a chocolate lovers dream. The flavor is by far the best take on dark chocolate we’ve ever experienced in a protein snack, with a truly rich, sweet chocolate taste that encourages you to eat until it’s all gone. It also makes you second guess the macros of the bar which are 20g of protein, half a gram of sugar, and 232 calories.

Warrior Crunch ups its game

Going into our review of the new Warrior Crunch options, we expected the same kind of formula as the first two with minor flavor twists. Much to our surprise, the product has upped its game even further, creating something truly spectacular with the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter. The other new flavors are good in their own right, but the Dark Chocolate definitely steals the show.
