Ghost BCAA is a simpler alternative to Ghost Amino

Ghost BCAA

Ghost Supplements has officially introduced an all-new product called Ghost BCAA. While you may be thinking the lifestyle brand does already have a formula with BCAAs on the market in Ghost Amino, Ghost BCAA is quite a bit different.

The main idea behind the latest Ghost supplement appears to be that it’s a simpler, more cost-effective BCAA solution, compared to Ghost Amino. It is essentially a BCAA only formula giving it BCAA benefits such as better recovery and muscle building, with AstraGin also in the mix for improved absorption.

The dose of BCAAs per serving for Ghost BCAA is 6g at the usual 2:1:1 ratio, which is 20% more than what you get in Ghost Amino. As mentioned, however, Ghost Amino is a more complex product as it combines BCAAs with EAAs, coconut water and electrolytes for hydration, as well as nootropics.

As you’d expect, the price on the simpler Ghost BCAA is quite a bit cheaper than Ghost Amino at $29.99 instead of $39.99. It’s perfect for fans of the brand that just want BCAAs and is due to release early November in two 30 serving flavors, Lemon Lime and Kiwi Strawberry.
