While 2018 is still a few days away. Northbound Nutrition has decided to make sure its fans start the new year off right by launching a new version of its pre-workout Pinnacle. Compared to the previous version, the brand has removed a few ingredients, although held on to a lot of the main ones.
Instead of 11, Northbound’s pre-workout Pinnacle now features seven different ingredients. The first half of the formula includes 2g each of CarnoSyn beta-alanine for performance and taurine, as well as 1.5g of the muscle builder betaine.
Rounding out the other half of Northbound’s reformulated Pinnacle is a gram of choline bitartrate for improved cognitive function, 200mg of organic caffeine, 25mg of ActiGin, and 5mg of BioPerine black pepper.
Overall the supplement seems to have been simplified; however, we are surprised to see it now has a maximum serving of just one scoop. Double scooping it would put its doses much more in line with its predecessor which has 325mg of organic caffeine per maximum, 4g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine.
Northbound Nutrition fans can now grab the new Pinnacle pre-workout through the brand’s website in two naturally flavored options, Island Mist and Carnival Candy. The price of the product is currently $32.99 for a full-size tub, just over 17% cheaper than the previous version of Pinnacle at $39.89.
