One of the more interesting booths at FIBO this weekend is the one we posted about on Thursday, DY Nutrition. The brand from Dorian Yates has revamped its entire lineup from look and feel to the variety of supplements and their formulas.

Since the revitalized DY Nutrition got quite a bit of attention, we decided to get a closer look at one of its more common category products, the pre-workout Blood & Guts. It features a rather moderate formula with a number of commonly used pre-workout ingredients all at solid doses to help with energy, focus, pumps, and performance.

You can see the supplement’s full list of ingredients in the image above, which is from one of the free samples we got at FIBO. As mentioned it’s a fairly straightforward combination with 6g of citrulline malate, 4g of arginine AKG, 3g of beta-alanine, half a gram of tyrosine, 180mg of caffeine, 250mg green tea, 187mg of bitter orange, 40mg of guarana, and 2.5mg of black pepper.

You can also find all of DY Nutrition’s Blood & Guts pre-workout information on its new website at dynutrition.com. Through there you’ll also find details for all of the brand’s other products except for its Black Bombs fat burner that for some reason is not listed.
