Bodybuilding.com shares a comprehensive article on BCAAs and EAAs

bodybuilding.com bcaas vs eaas

Bodybuilding.com has shared an article from industry insider Chris Lockwood, that goes very indepth on the topic of BCAAs and EAAs. Lockwood’s post is a bit different from most others sharing their opinions, as instead of strongly taking one side, he’s put together a fairly comprehensive explanation.

Chris Lockwood’s article on Bodybuilding.com essentially breaks down what the science is saying in regards to the benefits of EAAs. He also answers the question do BCAAs work, provides some relevant studies, and say that “BCAAs still have their place between meals or during exercise”.

The full article is well worth reading and it’ll only take a few minutes to get through. It squeezes in a lot of good information and as mentioned, it shows support for both BCAAs and EAAs rather than just one side. You can find Chris Lockwood’s complete Bodybuilding.com post here.
