Enlightened has launched a new series of flavors for its high protein ice cream that is only going to be available for a limited time. The line is called the Enlightened Barista Collection, as it is made up of a handful of entirely new, coffee inspired options.
There is a total of three flavors in Enlightened’s Barista Collection including Triple Shot Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha. They each feature a typical high protein Enlightened ice cream nutrition profile with 20g of protein per pint and between 240 to 360 calories.
As mentioned, the Enlightened Barista Collection is a limited time release, with the brand saying it’ll be available until the end of the year. Fans will be able to find it at select grocery stores including Hy-Vee, Safeway, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Foodtown, ShopRite, Fresh Thyme, Weis, and Albertsons.
