As previously confirmed, the protein amount in each bag of Fit Crunch Protein Puffs is the same as most protein bars at 20g, which primarily comes from milk isolate. The product’s other macros are 4.5g of fat (half a gram saturated), 3g of carbohydrates with 2g of that sugar, and 130 calories.
Those numbers above are all for the Barbecue flavor of Fit Crunch Protein Puffs, which we suspect will be the same or similar for its other options, Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream & Onion. The product is due to release next week on Friday and will be available on Amazon.
