As previously confirmed, Dymatize’s ISO100 Hydrolyzed Clear is a 100% whey powered protein powder providing a strong 20g of protein per serving with 90 calories and no fat or sugar. The only other number making up the product’s nutrition profile is one gram of carbohydrates.
As for the ingredients in ISO100 Hydrolyzed Clear, which turns clear when mixed in water, it features two different sources of protein. Both of the sources in the supplement are high quality whey with hydrolyzed whey as per its title, as well as whey isolate.
