So far this year we’ve seen the functional food brand Enlightened introduce an impressive amount of new flavors, spin-offs, and products for its growing family of high protein ice cream. The creative company is keeping that momentum going this week with the launch of the limited edition Bakeshop Collection.
Enlightened’s Bakeshop series is made up of two unique flavors of its single pint tub of delicious, high protein ice cream. There is Triple Berry Cobbler with strawberry and blueberry ice cream, a raspberry swirl, and biscuit crumbles. The other one is Lemon Meringue Pie with marshmallow meringue ice cream, a lemon custard swirl, and buttery pie pieces.
The Triple Berry Cobbler Bakeshop flavor has 16g of protein per pint, 84g of carbohydrates with 36g of that sugar, 8g of fat, and 360 calories. As for Lemon Meringue Pie, it is a little higher in protein and calories and lower in carbs with 20g of protein, 64g of carbohydrates with 24g of that sugar, 12g of fat, and a total of 400 calories.
Both of Enlightened’s Bakeshop Collection flavors are now available in grocery stores throughout the United States including the likes of Albertsons, Safeway, HyVee, ShopRite, and Fairway.
