The arrival of ANS Performance’s Keto Pancake Mix does finally confirm another detail for the product, and that is its full nutrition profile and ingredients. Previously we could only confirm 7g of protein and 15g of fat per serving, with its other important macros being 4g of carbohydrates, 3g of fiber, and a total of 180 calories.
As for Keto Pancake Mix’s ingredients, it is primarily made using food ingredients with its major features being almond flour, whole egg, and coconut oil.
