It also packs 2g of taurine; 150mg of elevATP, 3.2g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine for performance and strength; and 3g of citrulline for improved pumps.
The other product from Action Nutrition is a fairly straightforward amino called BCAA Loaded built for muscle recovery and hydration support. The global brand has formulated the supplement with exactly 5.834g of BCAAs per serving at 12:1:1 ratio along with half a gram of coconut water.
Both of Action Nutrition’s products are hitting the market in the same four flavors with Fruit Juicy Red, Blueberry Haze, Watermelon Sorbet, and Pineapple Strawberry Cooler. BCAA Loaded and Bolt also come with 30 servings per tub, although you will need to double-serving Bolt to get those maximum doses mentioned above.
