The Pro Series is Myprotein’s more advanced line of supplements which includes the likes of The Pre-Workout, The Whey, and the protein bar, The Carb Crusher. Another complex product has now joined the brand’s Pro Series with the pre-workout The Pump, although unlike The Pre-Workout, this one has no caffeine.
Myprotein’s The Pump is primarily formulated to enhance muscle pumps while you workout. It is available for purchase from the brand’s main online store at myprotein.com for £26.99 (33.71 USD). The supplement has two tastes to choose from in Orange Mango and Rainbow Sherbet, both with 20 servings per tub.
The all-new Pro Series The Pump comes with eight main ingredients, all transparently dosed and combining for a total of 12g of actives per serving. While the caffeine-free pre-workout does come with pump boosting ingredients, it also includes a gram of taurine and 3.2g of the performance enhancer beta-alanine.
The other ingredients making up a full serving of Myprotein’s The Pump are 300mg of Vaso6, 1.5g of betaine, 25mg of grape seed, and a hefty 6g of pure citrulline. The product comes with the absorption enhancing ingredients AstraGin and BioPerine black pepper as well as at 50mg and 5mg respectively.
