XXL Nutrition out in Germany has introduced a new pre-workout that features the increasingly popular, branded stimulant EnXtra. The premium ingredient has been showing up in more and more supplements as of late, with bigger and bigger companies. It has been clinically proven to increase focus for up to five hours without being paired with caffeine.
XXL Nutrition’s latest pre-workout is named ‘Xplode’, and it comes with a relatively straightforward combination of ingredients and dosages. Alongside the EnXtra, which is at 300mg per full serving, you get a reasonable 160mg of caffeine to further boost energy, and one gram of tyrosine as well as a light 400mg of choline for mental focus.
To make for a more comprehensive experience, XXL Nutrition’s Xplode also has 2g of beta-alanine for performance, 1.5g of citrulline for pumps, 672mg of carnitine, and just shy of a gram each of taurine and arginine. All of those ingredients come wrapped in a full, 14g serving size, with each tub of the supplement coming with the usual total of 30 servings.
