Keto Blend is one of the newest supplements to hit the market from the giant international brand Myprotein which is a little more complex than its two-part name lets on. Keto Blend is essentially a meal replacement product shaped around a ketogenic diet featuring a high amount of fat and protein, and significantly fewer carbohydrates.
Each serving of Myprotein’s Keto Blend provides 20g of protein, 15g of fat, and just 3g of carbohydrates, and 234 calories. Percentage-wise that works out to about 60% of the calories coming from fat, 35% from protein, and 5% from carbs. The ingredients in the supplement to give it all of those macros are quite clean with whole egg, coconut oil, and MCT powder for the fat, and whey isolate for the protein.
Myprotein’s keto-friendly meal replacement has been put together in three flavors, although only two of them are available in both sizes. It is Coffee Walnut and Strawberry & Vanilla that come in the product’s 500g and 1kg bag sizes, with Chocolate Caramel only in the 500g.
