Firstly, we’ll go over the macros of Whey’d, which are fairly typical for a whey supplement with 25g of protein, 2g each of fat and carbs, just a gram of sugar, and 130 calories.
True to its name, Whey’d does get all 25g of its protein from whey-based sources in a blend of whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate. Sweat Ethic also goes the extra mile and transparently doses all three of them, so you know much of each one contributes to that 25g. 3g is from hydrolyzed whey, 7.2g from premium isolate, and the rest from whey concentrate.
