One of our favorite Italian supplement companies, 4+ Nutrition, has launched a new protein-based product called Satis+ Food, designed as a balanced, on-the-go nutrition solution. It is a meal replacement, although it doesn’t come in the traditional format of bulk powder in a plastic tub, but single-servings of powder individually packaged into convenient sachets.
4+ Nutrition’s Satis+ Food packs a reasonable 19g of protein per serving, 26g of carbohydrates with 15g of that sugar, 3.8g of fat, and 213 calories. The ingredients providing those macros are relatively typical, with lean whey isolate responsible for the 19g of protein, a blend of maltodextrin and fructose for the carbohydrates, and MCTs as a good source of healthy fats.
To make Satis+ Food a little bit more special, 4+ Nutrition has thrown in a few bonus features with added probiotics for gut health and a full blend of vitamins and minerals, including SunActive zinc, K2Vital vitamin k2, and Lipofer iron. The supplement is now available in the brand’s home country of Italy in boxes of ten single-serving sachets in the one Chocolate flavor.
