Tank Up is an all-new post-workout from the team at ESN in Germany, that combines protein, carbohydrates, and a handful of additional recovery ingredients into the one shake. ESN’s Tank Up aims to give you everything you need for after your workout, with the brand actually partnering with fellow German IFBB Pro bodybuilder Tim Budesheim to create the formula.
On the nutrition side, each serving of Tank Up from ESN packs an even 40g each of protein and carbohydrates, with 9g of those carbs being sugar, zero fat, and a relatively lean 328 calories. The solid 40g of protein comes mostly from premium whey isolate, while the carbohydrates come from three carb sources at 10g each of Cluster Dextrin and dextrose, and 20g of maltodextrin.
As mentioned, ESN has also included extra recovery ingredients in Tank Up with 3g of CreaPure creatine monohydrate, 5g of glutamine, 3.5g of glycine, a gram of arginine AKG, and a full blend of vitamins and minerals. The all-in-one Tank Up is available from ESN’s German retail partner Fitmart in the one Tropical Punch flavor at €68.59 (80.10 USD) for a tub of 20 full servings.
