Ghost BCAA getting more BCAAs, flavors, a lower price and becoming vegan-friendly

ghost bcaa revamp

Ghost BCAA is one of the simpler supplements in the Ghost lineup, featuring a combination of BCAAs and the absorption enhancing ingredient AstraGin. For 2020, the brand is revamping the three-year-old product with several notable changes. The tweaks are also all positive, so if you’re a fan of the supplement, you’re going to like it a whole lot more with the new version.

Firstly, Ghost has updated the amount of BCAAs you get per serving in Ghost BCAA, going from 6g to 7g, with no change in the number of servings you get per tub, remaining at 30. Next, the original lifestyle supplement company has switched from regular BCAAs to vegan-fermented BCAAs, and maintained the original 2:1:1 BCAA ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

The menu of Ghost BCAA is getting a refresh as well, with the second edition of the product due to debut in six flavors, three regular and three authentic. The selection consists of Kiwi Strawberry, Lemon Crush, Blueberry Acai from the brand’s beauty supplement Ghost Glow, and three authentic Sour Patch Kids flavors in Redberry, Watermelon, and Blue Raspberry.

Last but not least, Ghost is bringing down the cost of Ghost BCAA by a few dollars, which we suspect to be $24.99 or maybe a touch higher since it is currently is $29.99. The change in cost is even more impressive as the increased amount of BCAAs from 6g to 7g already made the product better value, giving you about 15% extra, and that’s before factoring in the new, lower price.
