When it comes to special edition Christmas products and flavors, Swedish functional food companies seem to be doing it best. We’ve already seen many other brands from the country drop something limited earlier this month, and now we have NJIE getting in on the action. NJIE is an on-the-go protein snack brand known for its ProPud products such as protein pudding, bars, and shakes.
For Christmas this year, NJIE has put together a special edition flavor of its original ProPud, high-protein pudding, which comes in delicious options such as Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel, and Chocolate Chip Cookie. For a limited time, an all-new flavor is on the ProPud protein pudding menu, themed around the holiday season with Vanilla and Gingerbread featuring crushed pieces of gingerbread.
NJIE’s Gingerbread still comes with ProPud protein pudding’s usual lean nutrition profile, including 16g of protein, 13.1g of carbohydrates with 6.8g of that sugar, 4.3g of fat, and a total calorie count of 158. Once again, the product is a limited edition launch, so if you’re in Sweden and want to get your hands on it, you’d be better to get in sooner rather than later.
